Each quartet is 55 minutes long and is 4 students to 1 instructor. The majority of our quartets are pilates (reformers + tower) and for them we use skillfully designed, spring based resistance training for rooted muscle development and strengthening. Pilates quartets are described as Flexibility, Strength, Stretch and Cardio. All quartet classes can be purchased as a drop-in session, as packages or at a discounted rate with our Autopay system.
We stretch, we plank, we lunge, we twist, we pulse. We understand that when it comes to fitness, one size does not fit all. Our group classes cap at 10 students, allowing personalized instruction in a group setting.
We offer Mat Pilates, Deep Stretch, Barre, Pi-Yoga, Gyrokinesis, Iyengar Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and more.
We rotate our classes with the seasons to offer fresh programs to all levels of client.

One-on-one sessions are tailored to your unique needs and are the most effective way to focus on limitations, injuries or personal goals. During half-hour or hour long sessions you will have the opportunity to utilize all GYROTONIC® or Pilates’ apparatuses (Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, and Barrels). This is the best way to become familiar with the terminology and movement of Pilates and begin your practice.
